The Skinny takes the stage on April 26th for an evening of live funk, jazz, R&B, and soul, Colorado style.
Mixing funk, jazz, R&B, and soul, this funky crew has been making an impact on the Colorado music scene since 2018. The Skinnys mission is to bring a vintage sound with an original, modern feel to audiences across the front range and beyond. Based in Boulder, CO, the lineup includes Ryan Schwartz on guitar, Chris Ketterhagen on bass, Nick Smarto on keys, Kyle Perez on drums and Glenn Oremus on tenor sax. The music nods to influences like The Meters, Greyboy Allstars, New Mastersounds, Soulive, Lettuce and Galactic.
